There are always opportunities for volunteers to get involved at Sunnyside Community Garden. Volunteering can be a great way of meeting new people, gaining experience and skills whilst putting something back into the community at the same time.

Here are just some of the jobs that volunteers can get involved with...

• Fundraising - If you have fundraising skills we would love to hear from you!

• Gardening - Help us with pruning/weeding/planting/pond management

• Carpentry - Help us to build a new fence/compost bins etc

                    

                             Volunteers helping to build our pond

                     

                            Volunteers repairing our compost bins

• Helping with events - We need help with our organic market, summer festivals, bonfire night parties etc

• Designing leaflets/banners/leafleting etc

• IT system management - We need help installing  and networking another computer

• Join the Management Committee - If you feel that you have experience that would benefit Sunnyside Community Garden at a management level and would like to help, please get in contact with us.
